In this final episode of The Nourished Wrap's mini series of 'paddock to plate' Katie and Jess interview a very dear friend, wholefood chef and super inspirational foodie, Lisa Mahar. Lisa is the executive chef at Makepeace Island in beautiful Noosa (you may know it as Richard Branson's slice of sunshine coast heaven), it is here where she turned from conventional fast food chef to wholefood, conscious cooking extraordinaire. Lisa is passionate about preparing simple meals filled with nutrition and flavour and using ethically sourced, quality produce. While it may seem like we can't take much away from a gourmet chef in a commercial kitchen, think again, Lisa has so much easy, family friendly, quick meal ideas that can be prepared in the comfort of your own home, even after a long day at work. Katie and Jess loved having Lisa on the show and know you will too!
