Have you ever wondered what it would take to ride 1700 km in 10 days? And then run 90km at the end of it? This episode of The Nourished Wrap we interview Andy Steele, an athlete and ultra marathon runner who has been selected to complete the Unogwaja Challenge- a gruelling 10 day cycle in South Africa followed by the famous 'Comrades marathon' to raise money for the Light Fund. Andy shares with us his training, nutrition and mindset which helps keep him on track to be able to complete these incredible feats. Bet you think it's a complicated, over the top schedule of macro counting, intense exercise sessions and going hard - think again! What we quickly learn is that, it is in fact quite simple and on the back of our goal setting episode we know you are going to get a lot out of today's incredibly inspiring episode.
